Good System Management Ltd., established in March 1993, is a branch of Good System Group. The group business includes property agency, property management, security & investigation, and property surveying. Apart from that, we also work in partnership with a local renowned architect firm in the spheres of property investment and development.

During the early years of establishment, our business area mainly focused on territories outside Hong Kong and we cooperated with several national enterprises in China on property investment and management.

Late 1993

Our company developed and built Gold Dragon Group Center, in Shunde City, Guangdong. This Center, being a commercial and residential complex, has a GFA of approximately 200,000 sq. ft. The Center was completed in 1996 and it has become one of the classical commercial-residential buildings in the City.

 

Mid 1994

Our company established Foshan Haihua Properties Management Co. Ltd., a joint venture company with a national listed firm, in Foshan City, and managed numerous large-scaled commercial buildings and a large high-classed residential estate in Foshan—Lakeside Villa.

 

Late 1994

Our company renovate and manage Ming Fai Building (opposite to Oriental Plaza) in Wang Fu Chang Main Street in Beijing and converted it to be a commercial complex with modernized facilities.

         

Early 1995

Our company jointly established Kai Yan Properties Management Co. Ltd. with two national firms in Hung Hau Area, Shanghai and managed the company's owned commercial and residential properties.

 

Late 1996

Our company partnered with a renowned property development company in Hong Kong and jointly developed a high-class residential building 'The Cafeteria'. It is located at the beautiful beach of Gold Coast. The total GFA including Club House and recreational facilities ranges to 60,000 sq. ft. It was completed in June 2000 and has become one of the high quality apartment buildings in the District.

 

Feb 1997

Our company was registered as a Security Company under the Security and Guarding Service Ordinace (Cap 460). Our Security Company Licence number is 0519. We are permitted for supplying individuals to perform security work in the buildings under our management. This means all of our employed caretakers are valid holders of security permit performing security and property management services.

Our company has joined the Hong Kong Security Association in order to keep track with the most updated security development. This helps us provide a better and quality service.

 

 

In recent years, we have diverted our business attention from the Mainland China and concentrated mainly in Hong Kong Territories. At the same time, we take an active part to co-operate with many well-established companies and enterprises in property investment and development. In addition, we expand our property management section, and recruit many high-quality professionals.
