Property Manager Responsible for overseeing all buildings' management and operation matters. Maintaining close contacts with Owners Incorporations. Readily available to attend meetings relating to building renovations, Owners' General Meetings and Management Committee Meetings. |

Admin. Officer Responsible for staff matters, duties arrangements, issue of management fees notices, pursuance of outstanding management fees (if necessary, to undertake legal proceedings against debtors) and compilation of monthly building accounts statements. |

Property Officer Responsible for overseeing maintenance work of each building and keeping close contacts with maintenance contractors to ensure appropriate and proper maintenance work to be carried out periodically and regularly. To attend scenes of unexpected incidents such as water and electricity suspension or accidents etc. and reports progress as soon as possible to Owners Incorporations. To conduct night shift patrols to buildings from time to time to monitor the performance of night shift duties. |

Supervisory Patrolling Officer
To patrol regularly to each building and to check the building attendants, as if they have properly carried out this requisite duties. |

Financial Controller
Formulating financial plans and providing useful accounting assistance to buildings, or suggesting meaningful proposals to help reduce building's expenses or increase incomes. |

Legal Consultant In case of need by an Owners Incorporation, capable to render useful advice on legal matters. |

Surveyor Consultant Provides free preliminary consultation services regarding buildings' maintenance, renovation etc, with a view to give the owners a clearer understanding of their building's structural problems. If problems arising from building facilities, renovation and decoration, capable to offer cost-effective suggestions. This would minimise unharmonious relationship among owners. |

Architect Consultant Readily available to provide expertise on building construction or structural matters. |
